Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a manufacturing operator in Wisconsin. The role involves setting up and running one machine, such as a shear or brake press, and troubleshooting as needed. You will follow daily work orders, maintain quality checks, and assist with packaging and line duties in a fast-paced shop.

The position requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to learn new equipment. OT and weekend shifts may be required in this second-shift role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of six months of manufacturing experience.
• Able to operate a sit-down forklift; CCM forklift certification program required.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate independently one machine (Shear, PNL, Turret, Brake Press, Robotic Cell, etc.).
• Follow daily work orders with attention to materials and notations.
• Assist with operation of other machinery under supervision.
• Assist with end-of-line packaging as needed.
• Band and palletize metal coils/sheets and label finished products.
• Perform quality checks for correct lengths, widths and weights.
