Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a second-shift manufacturing operator to set up, operate and troubleshoot one machine (Shear, PNL, Turret, Brake Press, Robotic Cell, Cut-to-Length, Roll Forming/Seaming, or Press Lock).

You will follow daily work orders, perform quality checks, assist with other equipment under supervision, and help with packaging at line end while maintaining safety and orderly work areas; 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 1:50 PM–9:50 PM; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass safety requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to safely operate a sit-down forklift; CCM forklift certification program completion required.
• Detail-oriented with good math and measurement skills.
• Able to follow CCM policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and troubleshoot one machine per shift (Shear, PNL, Turret, Brake Press, Robotic Cell, etc.).
• Follow daily work orders and adjust for material variations.
• Assist with operation of other machinery under supervision.
• Assist with end-of-line packaging and labeling.
• Band and palletize metal coils/sheets and apply finished-product tags.
• Perform quality checks on lengths, widths and weights with appropriate tools.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping; follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Mount and adjust knives/spacers on roll-forming equipment; validate clearances.
• Operate and monitor equipment using feedback; perform basic quality control methods.
• Commit to overtime and weekend work if required.
