Job summary

Halpin Staffing Services is seeking a manufacturing operator in Wisconsin to run equipment across all shifts. Responsibilities include setup, operation, cleanup, and proposing operational improvements.

The role requires reading tape measures, lifting 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally), and following safety procedures such as lockout/tagout. Candidates must meet HSD/GED requirements and adhere to GMPs. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Must have HSD or GED.
• Able to lift 50 lb regularly and up to 100 lb occasionally.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Some knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set-up rails, print stations, folding, gluing, and/or die cut sections on equipment per safe setup techniques.
• Inspect tooling before and after runs and repair as needed for the next run.
• Ensure bolts for cutting dies and plates are in place and securely tightened.
• Comply with company policies and maintain safe work habits and GMPs.
