Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an Associate Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM). The role focuses on operating and monitoring production machinery, with responsibilities in setup, calibration, and routine maintenance to ensure product quality.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 0–1 year of manufacturing experience. Readiness to handle precise parts and detailed instructions is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines in production with close supervision.
• Involved in basic set-up and calibration of equipment.
• Load components and perform finishing operations as needed.
• Read and follow operating manuals and procedures accurately.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Maintain and clean machinery; adhere to safety and quality standards.
