Job summary

Integer Holdings operates and monitors the standard production machinery used to manufacture our products. The role may include basic setup, calibration, and maintenance of equipment, alongside finish operations as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma with 0–1 year machinery experience; reading blueprints and handling small precision parts are essential. Safety and quality adherence are expected in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, quality requirements.
• Operates machinery under close supervision.
• May assist in basic setup and calibration.
• Loads components into tools and finishes operations.
• Reads and follows manuals and procedures.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensional to meet requirements.
• Follows documented manufacturing processes.
• Cleans and maintains machinery.
• Performs other duties as required.
