Job summary

Avery Dennison in Oak Harbor, OH is seeking an Equipment Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 1:50pm-10pm). This on-site role includes packaging finished goods, maintaining safety, and complying with quality standards. Requirements include a High School/GED and 3+ years in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort, label, and package finished goods per customer specs and quality standards.
• Inspect general appearance of finished product.
• Keep area supplied with packaging materials.
• Prepare cores for machine operators.
• Communicate and coordinate information to shift/department members.
• Track multiple orders in parallel.
• Contribute to quality and productivity improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Perform 5S duties and audits.
• Assist in equipment maintenance as directed.
• Participate in group problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
