Swagelok is hiring for a Level II Machine Operator on 1st shift in Ohio. You will produce fluid-system components, learn multiple machines, and maintain high quality standards in a temperature-controlled environment.

You will follow standard work, participate in shift handoffs, and identify issues to keep production flowing. Benefits begin day one, with opportunities for growth and skill development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Self-motivated with ability to learn in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow production start-up and handoff processes.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per standard work.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and record production activities.
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine machine care.
