Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Mason, OH is hiring a General Helper / Machine Operator for our Liquid production area. You will support packaging lines, move materials, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $23.17/hour with potential bonuses. The role requires lifting 25–50 lbs, working all shifts including weekends/holidays, and a strong attendance record. Benefits and 3rd shift scheduling are provided by the plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work all shifts including second, third, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Outstanding attendance record.
• Able to call out defects and adhere to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Transport packaging material and/or food ingredients using pallet jack, forklift, or other equipment.
• Follow all factory policies and procedures.
• Supply raw materials to packaging lines and monitor availability.
• Label cases and ensure correct labeling.
• Ensure raw materials match shop orders and record tracking numbers.
• Move finished goods to staging areas and tag accordingly.
• Keep work area clean at all times.
• Operate packaging machines and perform minor adjustments.
• Complete packaging and labeling tasks and assist with box production.
• Perform changeovers, washouts, and roll changes as needed.
• Document production data and downtime on required forms.
