Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Machine Operator to start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing equipment across multiple levels I, II, and III. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and the ability to adapt on the plant floor.

You will follow standard procedures, maintain quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives while working with a team to meet production goals and ensure proper paperwork and labeling.

Qualifications

  • No formal educational required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment safely and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
  • Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
  • Ensure product meets tolerances and specifications.
  • Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
  • Understand production instructions and maintain accurate paperwork.
  • Package, label, and store products.
  • Cross-train on other production functions as needed.
  • Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
  • Report and assist with safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes.
  • Set up and operate off-line and secondary equipment when required.
