Qualifications

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions) are needed.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions.
• Forklift certificate and operations experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor line metrics such as weight and speed.
• Operate forklift to move raw materials and finished product.
• Prepare raw material batches in mixers according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on batches per guidelines.
• Label and pallet totes and drums properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and surrounding zones.
• Follow safety policies and escalate issues as needed.
