The role requires 1+ year of operator experience, ability to multi-task, and a reliable, detail-oriented approach. Forklift certification is preferred; training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• 1+ year of experience as a Machine Operator II or similar role.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety rules.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing equipment safely.
• Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain machines.
• Routinely meet or exceed production output rates.
• Ensure product meets tolerances and specifications.
• Perform routine quality inspections and maintain paperwork.
• Cross-train on other production functions as needed.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and resolving maintenance issues.
