Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead. This role leads workflow, trains associates, and acts as the working-lead within the facility.

The position requires coordinating tasks such as Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, and Shipping while supporting the supervisor to ensure high customer service standards. The ideal candidate has 6-12 months warehouse experience, forklift operation experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent, with forklift certification preferred within 30

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workflow and duty allocation for team members within an assigned department.
• Be the working-lead and initial contact for associates on the team.
• Train associates and monitor production, providing constructive feedback.
• Open/close and secure the building as directed; ensure safety.
• Review documents prepared by the work group for accuracy and legibility.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
