Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Springfield, MO is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead to lead workflow, allocate tasks, and serve as the first point of contact for associates within the team. The role includes training, supervising daily workloads, and reporting to the Supervisor to ensure high customer service standards.

Qualified candidates have 6–12 months warehouse experience and forklift operation experience; a high school diploma is preferred, and forklift certification within 30 days is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months forklift operation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workflow and duty allocation for team members within an assigned department
• Train associates and monitor production, providing feedback to ensure standards
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed
• Communicate work practices and methods to associates
• Maintain legible and accurate records/logs
