Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead-Tasker on the 2nd shift in Garland, TX. The role involves leading a team through inbound and outbound receipt and distribution center logistics, with responsibilities for planning waves of orders and coordinating with carriers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in data entry and/or dispatch preferred.
• Basic understanding and application of Microsoft Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team of taskers.
• Plan, allocate, pick, manifest, and close daily waves of orders.
• Understand and utilize system screens to monitor and move workload through the system.
• Work with operations to identify and fix inventory issues (overages/shortages/damages).
• Schedule inbound carriers and outbound shipping; update communications.
• Generate and use system reports and audit sheets to track shift progress.
