Job summary

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years experience in logistics/distribution.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Able to operate MHE.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff meetings and review daily/weekly work.
• Inform senior management and clients of critical issues.
• Develop systems for safe, productive operations and meet KPI targets.
• Manage hiring, training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Schedule daily work and assign duties to warehouse staff.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and safety policies enforced.
