Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead the receiving and stockroom operations supporting daily manufacturing needs. You will ensure material flow, verify shipments, and maintain safety and efficiency on the floor.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in logistics/warehouse roles, with SAP and JIT knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business admin, logistics, or related field preferred or 4+ years logistics/warehouse experience.
• Experience with UPS, Fed-Ex and other transportation carriers.
• Familiarity with SAP, JIT, receiving, stockroom and inventory control principles.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver results.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively with staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving and stockroom areas to ensure product availability for daily manufacturing needs.
• Ensure procedures are followed for verification of shipments and material disposition.
• Inspect warehouse conditions and equipment.
• Coordinate facilities repairs and equipment replacement with management.
• Help meet company objectives while honoring delivery deadlines using available resources.
• Lead continuous improvement of logistics solutions across all phases.
• Support meetings to update material status and maintain cross‑department communication.
• Learn and track KPIs to optimize logistics performance.
• Maintain 5S standards in Receiving and Storeroom locations and drive Kaizen projects.
