Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year stock room experience in a manufacturing environment
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• ITAR compliance: US person required
• Residence within 50 miles of Grand Prairie, TX

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and manage inbound shipments; maintain records of each shipment
• Unload/inspect incoming freight and route to appropriate departments
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Quality on PO/lot issues and LRU reps
• Perform shipping duties: ensure same-day shipment, proper packaging, and correct DOT handling
• Schedule pickups, coordinate transport to loading area, and maintain shipping records
• Conduct cycle counts; move stock between locations; troubleshoot missing units
• Reprint/damage labels; reconfigure warehouse to optimize space
• Respond to customer shipment inquiries and ensure documentation accuracy
• Work under supervision and assist in departmental training as needed
