Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Hazleton, PA is seeking a Workflow Coordinator to support distribution center operations. You will manage inventory tasks, IB/OB analysis, and SAP/EWM processing to ensure on-time customer orders and efficient freight flow.

Responsibilities include coordinating workloads, performing audits, and driving continuous improvement while engaging frontline teams and site leadership. Shift: 3:30 PM–2:00 AM; on-site role with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations environment.
• Experience with SAP and EWM systems.
• Experience training and mentoring peers.
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workload via SWOP/SAP EWM for inventory, IB/OB.
• Manage yard operations using PINC/SWOP and align doors.
• Perform periodic audits on PINC, BOL, ICC and quality.
• Communicate workload updates to teams to meet objectives.
• Resolve flow issues to minimize downtime and maintain operations.
• Compile daily workload and carrier reports.
• Ensure SOPs are followed by staff and stakeholders.
• Support projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
