Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse Operator II to support warehouse operations in Hazleton, PA. You will safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials, and assist with shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and housekeeping.

The role requires 1+ year of warehousing experience, ability to obtain forklift certification, and basic math skills. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with English literacy and safety procedures compliance emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Able to obtain valid forklift operator certification.
• Experience operating forklifts in warehouse/distribution environments.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to follow safety procedures including Life Saving Rules.
• English literacy: reading, writing, and comprehension of simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload trucks and verify shipments against documentation.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and system updates.
• Organize storage areas and keep materials labeled and accessible.
• Collaborate with team to prioritize tasks and ensure workflow.
• Assist with packing, staging, and housekeeping tasks.
