Qualifications

• Must be able to read and perform basic math.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Minimum age 16.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer book orders using methods including voice automation.
• Process customer book returns.
• Use computer and RF equipment.
• Follow all safety rules and work well in a team environment.
• Be flexible to work in other areas based on business needs.
