Job summary

• Leads MDI board meetings and Lean activities.
• Assigns work schedules and coordinates overtime.
• Ensures employee safety and EHS adherence.
• Monitors product and work quality.
• Troubleshoots simple machine/process issues.
• Leads and trains team leaders; provides feedback and coaching.
• Communicates with team members, supervisors, and across departments.
• Coaches other team leaders.
