Job summary

Trane Technologies in Minnesota seeks a Frontline Leader to supervise assembly lines, identify safety and quality issues, and coach teams in lean methods like 5S, JDI, and A-3s. You will schedule departments, adjust manpower, and drive continuous improvement.

You must have a high school diploma with 2+ years in a leadership role; associates preferred. Expect lifting up to 40 pounds, documenting work, and active TLDP participation for development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Associates degree preferred but not required.
• Clear communication and ability to work with all levels of business.
• Demonstrate basic leadership and computer skills.
• Experience with assembly line production and lean tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve safety and quality issues.
• Schedule and manage designated departments/lines.
• Coach employees in lean tools and activities (5S, 9Step, A-3s).
• Run MDI boards to standard and adjust manpower as needed.
• Follow standard work and maintain production/maintenance records.
• Participate in basic problem solving and continuous improvement.
