Qualifications

• Experience in distribution operations including receiving, stocking, replenishment, cycle counting, and shipping processes
• Experience with Lean principles and techniques preferred
• Experience with Oracle and/or Dematic software preferred
• Union labor relations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures a safe workplace and conducts safety inspections and training
• Supervises DC team to meet quality, cost and time targets and reviews schedules
• Recommends training and develops standard work
• Coaches to drive continuous improvement and engagement
• Conducts meetings to maintain employer relations and clear communication
• Develops and implements process improvements and quality controls
• Manages materials to sustain smooth production flow and reduce waste
