Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in manufacturing; leadership exp required.
• Experience leading teams and improving manufacturing KPIs.
• Strong communication and Lean tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct weekly schedule execution and resource alignment.
• Improve SQDCI KPIs and drive TTI actions.
• Lead daily and weekly operating reviews.
• Coach employees in daily management and problem solving.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain.
