Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate manufacturing activities during the 2nd shift, ensuring goals are met safely and efficiently.
• Train, cross-train, coach and develop the team to equip them with necessary tools.
• Support continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and 5S.
• Serve as backup for team leads.
• Communicate department goals to all team members.
