The role requires 5+ years in advanced manufacturing, expertise with punch presses, and the ability to train and mentor operators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of advanced manufacturing experience with punch presses and progressive dies.
• Experience operating, setting up, troubleshooting and optimizing complex equipment.
• Experience delivering technical training and mentoring.
• Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) experience and certification readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities by balancing labor and assigning work to meet SQCDP objectives.
• Co-lead daily SQCDP meetings and drive accountability and priorities.
• Maintain SQCDP visual boards with metrics and action plans.
• Serve as SME for assigned processes, troubleshoot and minimize downtime.
• Perform advanced machine operations, setups, changeovers, and process verification.
