The role focuses on overseeing parts purchasing, coordinating with Centralized Parts Ordering, updating PartsNet, and ensuring timely availability of batteries and tires, as well as supporting warranty handling and service scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• Experience in service and parts department preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and accuracy.
• Place parts orders and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Manage parts receipt, storage and timely system updates.
• Support warranty items and returns coordination.
• Assist in process analytics for profitability.
• Collaborate with customer service to schedule repairs.
• Support branch and district financial management.
