Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of related experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Proven math, Excel and spreadsheet skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach and discipline staff using sound communication techniques.
Maintain and update inventory records.
Locate products in the system and adjust records for discrepancies.
Track recouped and returned saleable product to stock.
Oversee inventory quality and accuracy programs, with weekly/monthly reports.
Develop reports and documentation for accurate counts, including audits and adjustments.
Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and Warehouse Supervisors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
