Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Inventory Control for the 2nd shift in our Georgia facility. You will lead the Inventory Control team, ensure accurate records, and drive process improvements to meet customer commitments.

This role requires 2 years of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and barcode scanners, and flexibility for overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in inventory control or a similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Inventory Control team.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Establish and maintain procedures to meet company and customer commitments.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train, motivate and lead others within area of responsibility.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and enforce company policies and procedures.
