Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Cowpens, SC is hiring a Second Shift Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the non-exempt team, coordinate QA audits, and plan for third-shift coverage. The role focuses on accurate inventory records, shrink control, and adherence to service level agreements.

The on-site position involves coordinating with leadership and ensuring a safe work environment. Minimum education is High School/GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent 4 years of experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience, required
• Some knowledge of inventory control, preferred
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc. required

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coordination of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team daily activities to maintain accurate inventory records relative to the client service level agreement
• Assist site Inventory Control and Operations Leadership in assessing inventory inaccuracies and recommending corrective action
• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements / service level agreements are monitored and reported timely
• Maximize the performance of the site inventory processes and system for care, custody, and control of customer inventory
• Provide required documentation to customer, auditor, or regulator in support of compliance requirements
• Ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for associates
• Conduct associate performance reviews and development plans
• Ensure policies are communicated and enforced
• Ensure associates have proper training and tools
