Job summary

Lineage Logistics in New Jersey is seeking a 2nd shift Inventory Coordinator to ensure accurate stock levels and support the smooth flow of products through the facility. You will manage inventory records, cycle counts, claims, and account administration while coordinating receipt, storage, and shipping activities.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving are essential. You will work with MS Office tools, lift up to 40 lbs, and accommodate a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in the official language defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records for purchasing, shipping, and storage.
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, and reports.
• Determine stock levels and replenishment needs.
• Investigate damages, adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Perform cycle counts and assist in physical inventories.
• Verify shipping orders using catalogs and product lists.
• Identify unused items and recommend disposal.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety standards.
