Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead daily inventory operations in a high‑volume fulfillment environment, ensuring stock accuracy and supporting cycle counts. The role emphasizes safety, hazmat procedures when required, and teamwork.

Based in Henrico, VA, onsite with a second shift, this position offers $65,000–$75,000 plus a performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and order selectors.
• Inventory Control experience including cycle counts, reconciliation, product tracking.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment and hazmat handling procedures.
• Assist with resolution of inventory-related issues in a high-volume fulfillment environment.
• Foster a positive teamwork environment and collaboration with associates.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and data reconciliation.
• Maintain organized tour-ready facility aligned with eCommerce fulfillment needs.
• Monitor safety procedures including hazmat; assist with floor space utilization; coordinate OS&D claims.
