Job summary

Verst in Kentucky is seeking a 2nd shift Inventory/Customer Service associate to support operations from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. You will research and respond to inquiries about work orders, invoices, shipments and inventory, maintaining a courteous, professional, and efficient approach.

You will process and input customer orders, generate related paperwork, ensure accurate invoicing, and act as a liaison between warehouse and customer on accounts and collections.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, required.
• Experience in Inventory Control, Quality, or related preferred.
• Automotive environment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SOX Compliance preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers by researching and responding to inquiries about work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory in a courteous, professional manner.
• Process and input customer orders into the system; generate related paperwork for customers and warehouse.
• Ensure proper invoicing by verifying invoices.
• Act as liaison between warehouse and customer regarding invoicing and collections.
• Maintain current procedures manual detailing processing requirements.
