Qualifications

• 1+ years operating injection molding presses in a production environment.
• Understanding of molding fundamentals: cycles, tooling basics, part quality.
• Ability to read work instructions and setup sheets.
• Comfort working around heavy machinery and tooling.
• Willingness to work first shift on-site and lift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding presses per the daily production schedule.
• Load material and verify resin and lot specifications against job requirements.
• Inspect parts for quality: short shots, flash, sink, burns, defects.
• Purge and transition material or color as needed under direction.
• Document production output, scrap, and downtime accurately.
