Job summary

Murge Partners is seeking an experienced Process Technician for the 2nd shift to ensure machinery operates efficiently and processes run to standard. The ideal candidate will have a background in plastic injection molding, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Responsibilities include machine start-ups, responding to alarms, and completing process verification.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in plastics processing is required.
• Must be experienced in troubleshooting and maintenance problems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for machine start-ups.
• First response to machine alarms and issues.
• Ensure machines and robots are operating efficiently.
• Troubleshoot machine, mold, and material problems.
• Complete required Process Verification and Tool Reports.
