Job summary

Valeo invites applications for a Line Setter on 2nd shift to support injection molding operations. The role focuses on setting up and running processes for cosmetic plastic parts used in automotive lighting assemblies, ensuring high quality output.

You will work with engineers and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues, perform cleanups and changeovers, and adhere to safety and quality standards on a full-time, on-site basis in Seymour, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of injection molding machine processing experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Plastic Engineering or related field.
• Experience with processing injection molding machines that produce highly cosmetic plastic parts.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, process, and run 1st piece for injection molding machines to ensure quality parts.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and management to debug molding issues.
• Clean hoppers and prepare area for material changeovers.
• Perform equipment changeovers and handle other duties as assigned.
