Job summary

Valeo, a global tech company and automotive supplier, is hiring a Line Setter for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3PM–11PM) in Seymour, CT. You will set up, process, and run first-piece checks on injection molding machines for plastic headlight and tail light parts, ensuring quality output.

You will collaborate with engineers and plant leadership to troubleshoot issues, perform material changes, and support safe manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of injection molding machine processing experience or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Plastic Engineering or related field.
• Experience with cosmetic plastic parts and injection molding processes.
• Ability to perform material changes and clean hoppers; willingness to perform required physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up, process, and run first piece for injection molding machines.
• Collaborate with engineers and production leadership to debug and troubleshoot molding issues.
• Perform material changes, hopper cleaning, and area preparation; operate safely.
