Qualifications

• 2+ years of mold set-up and process plastic injection mold machines.
• 2+ years of identifying defects after the manufacturing process.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with Engel and Sepro robots; injection insert over-molding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot injection molding process issues and identify root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Operate and maintain injection molding process equipment.
• Operate overhead crane.
• Collaborate with the injection team to improve TRP, cycle time, and scrap.
• Start Engel and Sepro robots.
• Troubleshoot injection mold machine automation issues.
