Job summary

AGC Glass Company North America, based in Bellefontaine, Ohio, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance & Tooling Specialist on 2nd shift. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-tech manufacturing equipment, with preventive maintenance and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires hands-on diagnostics, CMMS usage, and close collaboration with the maintenance team to maximize reliability and efficiency. Compensation includes a structured bonus plan and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a two-to-four-year Technical Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years working with facility and utilities equipment preferred.
• Strong safety record, work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with building automation controls and programming.
• Proficiency with hand tools, hand-held power tools, and precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end troubleshooting across facility and utilities systems.
• Inspection, monitoring, repair/replacement, reinstallation, and testing of facility equipment/systems.
• Completion of the General Maintenance Training Program.
• Consistently performing all essential job functions.
