Job summary

BASCO GLASS LLC is seeking a high-energy Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and overhaul production machinery and equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The role requires troubleshooting electrical controls, reading schematics, and performing preventive maintenance to sustain quality and uptime.

The ideal candidate can weld (Stick/Mig), work with PLCs, HMIs and VFDs, and operate CNC machinery.

Qualifications

Maintenance tech with ability to troubleshoot electrical problems and repair electrical components.
Perform preventive maintenance and conduct inspections on production equipment.
Read and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and mechanical prints.
Weld using Stick and Mig processes as required.
Operate and service CNC machinery with screen interfaces.

Responsibilities

Maintain, fix, service, overhaul or replace defective parts for equipment longevity.
Troubleshoot AC and DC electrical controls and circuits.
Ensure equipment complies with specifications and company standards.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inventory organization.
Support safety policies and operate tools and PPE correctly.
Be available to work off-shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Be on-call during non-work times as required by business needs.
Assist and direct others in standard operating procedures.
