Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 3–5 years working with facility and utilities equipment recommended.
• Strong safety record and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end troubleshooting across facility and utilities systems.
• Inspect, monitor, repair/replacement, reinstallation, and testing of facility equipment and systems.
• Complete the General Maintenance Training Program.
• Perform all essential job functions consistently.
