Cardinal Glass Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support automated equipment on the plant floor. You will repair, maintain, and troubleshoot high-tech systems, read schematics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of maintenance on high-tech automated equipment.
• Industrial maintenance experience with robotics and automation systems.
• Electrical experience and the ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain high-tech automated equipment to support operations.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using diagrams, manuals, and engineering specs.
• Perform electrical repairs involving motors, controls and related equipment.
• Inspect parts for wear and maintain equipment alignment and installation.
• Communicate with manager and teams, and document actions and needs.
• Operate maintenance shop tools and fabricate parts as needed.
• Use PLCs to troubleshoot issues and modify programs as required.
• Support installation, operation, maintenance, and repair activities on the plant floor.
