Qualifications

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of ladder logic and PLC programming.
Ability to read and interpret plant processes and maintenance priorities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Experience with MainSaver maintenance software is a plus.
Machining knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Read, troubleshoot, and modify PLC programs and ladder logic.
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) to ensure equipment reliability.
Identify potential safety risks and equipment issues before they cause downtime.
Develop and implement countermeasures to address equipment failures and recurring downtime.
Document work performed with clear and detailed maintenance reports.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support plant goals and business objectives.
