Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in a single-site manufacturing environment. The role involves preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production and facility equipment to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong PLC and robotics knowledge, and the ability to work on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical trade school or equivalent certification preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred).
• Working knowledge of PLC systems (read/program) and industrial automation.
• Experience with robotics, injection molding equipment, and production machinery.
• Strong skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming activities.
• Support robotic equipment maintenance and ensure proper operation of production lines.
• Complete facility maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, downtime, and work orders.
