Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Electro-Mechanical) to maintain and repair industrial production equipment in our Ohio facility.

The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems on multiple shifts. You will troubleshoot PLCs, motors, conveyors, pumps, and related control systems, interpret schematics, and support installations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
• Welding and fabrication skills preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and safety circuits.
• Read electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and start-up projects.
• Rebuild and fabricate components as needed.
• Document maintenance activities and support operators.
