Job summary

Worldwide Foam in Elkhart, Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently.

You’ll work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, read schematics, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime while identifying recurring issues for long-term fixes.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical failures and diagnose problems.
• Reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Identify recurring problems and help develop long-term solutions.
• Follow LOTO and all safety procedures.
