Meridian Adhesives Group is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems in Fort Wayne, IN.

The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, ability to read manuals and schematics, and experience with CMMS (MaintainX). You will work with teams to minimize downtime, follow safety protocols, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Support production teams with quick response to breakdowns and downtime issues.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install mechanical components as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS software.
• Follow all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
