Job summary

Worldwide Foam is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift in Elkhart, Indiana. You will troubleshoot and repair production equipment to keep downtime to a minimum and ensure safe operation.

You’ll work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, read schematics, and support preventive maintenance. Experience in industrial maintenance and PLCs/VFDs is a plus; adherence to safety and LOTO is required.

Qualifications

• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and help develop long-term solutions.
• Follow LOTO and required safety procedures.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and facility maintenance.
