Job summary

TalentSource is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Goshen, IN and Elkhart, IN. The role supports maintenance across multiple sites within a one-hour radius, handling preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and equipment changes.

The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, operate a forklift, and work both independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including data entry, emailing, and internet use.
• Verbal and written communication to document issues and tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely.
• Ability to identify machine issues and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to preventive maintenance plans and maintain PM schedules.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic valves/equipment.
• Repair pneumatic valves/equipment and machinery using electrical schematics.
• Maintain clean working environments and handle spills/oils.
• Assist with mold and die changes and use appropriate equipment.
