Job summary

O'Neal Manufacturing Services in Ambridge, PA is seeking an industrial maintenance technician to keep machinery running safely through repairs and preventive maintenance in an in-house setting.

You'll perform electrical/electronic component work, troubleshoot with tools, wire connections, and align equipment, with night shift hours 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, Monday-Thursday, with Friday overtime.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Proficient electrical troubleshooting and PLC knowledge.
• Welding certification and metal fabrication skills.
• Ability to work on rooftops/elevated platforms and varied environments.
• Strong English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment while performing repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Repair and preventive maintenance on machinery in an industrial setting.
• Assemble, install, and test electrical/electronic components and machinery.
• Troubleshoot with hand tools and test equipment.
• Wire connections to circuit breakers and transformers.
• Calculate, lay out, balance, and align critical equipment.
• Rigging tasks and safety protocol adherence.
• Fabricate mechanical parts from various metals.
• Ensure electrical components meet local and federal codes.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.
